At the Xiamen International Stone Exhibition held a few days ago, various intelligent stone equipment, such as carving robots, automatic copying machines, intelligent bridge cutting machines, etc., appeared. In addition to the automation of the equipment itself, the manufacturer also introduced electrical components into the equipment for platform supervision, fully demonstrating the digital level of the stone machinery industry.
The digitalization of stone equipment is accelerating the digitalization reform of stone production enterprises. Previously, the latest stone industry report released by Shi Shanhui, which was founded based on Xiamen Shi Shanban, said that 57.3% of stone enterprises began to partially use intelligent equipment, and 7.8% of stone enterprises have fully or mostly used intelligent equipment. In addition, 99% of stone entrepreneurs expressed their willingness to reform digitalization.
Thanks to the development of stone digitization, even though various uncontrollable factors were added in the first half of this year, the scale output value of Nan'an stone industry still rose against the trend, reaching 47.41 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.8%.
Equip stone equipment with "digital brain"
One platform can monitor the operation of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of bridge cutting machines all over the country. During the Xiamen International Stone Exhibition, the giant ship machinery from Shijing, Nan'an, demonstrated this subversive operation to the outside world. According to Zheng Xiaoling, the assistant chairman of Julun Machinery, this "intelligent monitoring platform for bridge cutting machine" was jointly developed by Julun Machinery and Siemens. The whole project has been prepared for nearly a year and is currently in the trial run stage.
"We have added an electrical component inside the equipment, which can monitor the equipment in real time. No matter which factory the equipment is in, any fault will be transmitted to the technical center at the first time, helping the giant ship machinery change from passive to active, and improving the service efficiency." Zheng Xiaoling said that in the past, the problems of equipment were all fed back by the stone manufacturer to the Julun Machinery Technology Center, which then sent a nearby technician to check, and finally confirmed the maintenance plan. It is unavoidable to delay the processing progress of the stone factory. After the platform is put into use, Ju Lun Machinery will take the initiative to solve the problem, without waiting for customer feedback.
Zheng Xiaoling said that the infrastructure of different manufacturers is basically the same when the equipment is up to date. If you want to stand out from many manufacturers, you need to solve the problem of service efficiency and minimize customer losses.
"It has been 32 years since our company was founded. Our customers are all over the world. The equipment sold is countless." Zheng Xiaoling said frankly that as an old brand machinery enterprise, we should not only make the equipment better used, but also lead the industry to develop in the digital direction. Only in this way can the industry continue to grow.
Whether digital or information-based, giant ship machinery has always been in the forefront of the industry. Last month, Ju Lun Machinery also joined hands with Zhufei Technology to start the enterprise's internal ERP upgrade again, aiming to achieve the information integration of the whole line from materials to finished products, and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase and business growth.
During the interview, the reporter found that controlling equipment with electrical components has become the direction that many equipment manufacturers are exploring. From mining equipment to stone finishing equipment, the equipment is more intelligent through similar operations.
Zhou Qiang, the chairman of Ruisheng Machinery, who specializes in mining equipment, told the reporter that the permanent magnet intelligent version of the mining machine featured this year is the Internet of Things data transmission module placed inside, which can conduct real-time remote monitoring, diagnosis and data collection of the equipment. Technicians can know the operation status of the equipment without arriving at the site.
"The working environment of mining equipment is often much worse than that of other equipment. It not only experiences the wind and the sun, but also the flying stones at the mining site. Therefore, there must be higher requirements for its safety and intelligence." Zhou Qiang said that the upgraded ninth generation intelligent mining machine is particularly popular. Since April this year, the factory has been in a state of rush every day.
According to the reporter's visit, many stone carving machine enterprises have also enabled the equipment tracking system, so that a mobile phone can know the operation status of the equipment in real time. Ma Yunhua, the founder of the power drill engraving machine, told the reporter that the knife breaking protection system and Internet of Things technology they used can monitor the engraving machine in real time. If the cutter of the engraving machine is broken or the cutter is worn too much, the equipment can automatically start the alarm or stop working immediately, and push it to the customer's mobile phone in the form of SMS and WeChat to urge the user to change the cutter in time, greatly improving the work efficiency, meeting the increasing requirements of the stone enterprises for the depth and speed of engraving, and reducing the loss of equipment.
Intelligent devices help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency
In addition to the promotion of some equipment manufacturers, the industry platform led by Nan'an Stone Machinery Auxiliary Materials Industry Federation and Chain Stone Technology has also been committed to opening up the whole stone production line and helping stone enterprises go to the cloud. Yang Qiang, the founder of Linkstone Technology, told the reporter that up to now, Linkstone has completed the laying of 70 intelligent bridge cutting machines and 67 intelligent scanners.
"Our goal is to increase the number of intelligent machine tools to as many as 1000, and complete the basic deployment of large-scale manufacturing in the stone industry at this stage." According to the local production capacity of Nan'an, Yang Jianqiang estimated that thousands of intelligent machine tools could basically meet the demand for high-end OEM production.
"Intelligent manufacturing makes stone go further, and the overall plan makes stone go more steadily." Li Qunsheng, president of Nan'an Stone Machinery Auxiliary Materials Industry Federation, said that the Federation was integrating the strength of the machinery industry to provide overall equipment solutions for stone factories. "Intelligent manufacturing improves product design and quality, and attracts users. The overall solution helps solve the pain points of the whole industry, so that stone production, processing, marketing and other links can be followed. Neither of them is indispensable."
The stone manufacturers undoubtedly benefit most from the digitalization of stone equipment. Last year, Ruifengyuan Stone, the first enterprise in the stone industry to carry out digital upgrading, became the first enterprise in the industry to win the "Ram Chalan Practice Award" by virtue of the "Stone Bull" project.
It is understood that Ruifeng Yuanshi has comprehensively promoted the implementation of digital enabling intelligent manufacturing plants since 2019. Wu Xiaoyu, the general manager of the company, said that after three years of polishing, the company's intelligence level was at the leading level in the industry. When other peers were affected by the epidemic and faced a sharp decline in orders, Ruifengyuan bucked the trend. With intelligent and digital upgrading, the annual output increased by more than 30%.
In addition, Dongxing Group, Huahui Group, Yingliang Group and other leading enterprises in the stone industry have also been accelerating the upgrading of intelligent equipment in recent years to achieve what you see is what you get through digital empowerment. "Dongxing terrazzo production workshop began to lay out the intelligent manufacturing entrance as early as 2017, and the equipment, technology, formula and team were introduced from Italy and incubated locally." Cai Xiaoli, Brand Director of Eaststar Group, said.
Yang Qiang also said that the operator group of Nan'an stone industry is showing the characteristics of youth and vigor. The new generation of stone industry understands the trend of industrial Internet and has a stronger desire to upgrade digitally. Many of them are willing to invest part of their annual output value in upgrading intelligent equipment.
